The approximate training dates for Singapore are: Sunday 14th October –
Monday 22nd October, with the celebration night being on Saturday 20th
of October. It has been emphasised that each branch is required to stay
as a team. Therefore we will all need to travel and stay together
(unless individuals wish to travel on to other destinations etc,
afterwards or before). If you are wishing to train in Singapore you need to know
the complete Yang 108 and Zhao Bao (subject to the Master Jarrod’s
discretion).

Black Belt Grading forms handed out at the Mock Black Belt Grading need
to be signed by your Club Instructor and sent to, and reach, Master
Jarrod by the 18th November.

Confirmed dates and times:
Black Belt Grading on Saturday 3rd December. Start at 9.30am so be
there by 9.00am.
Lower North Island: Mock Black Belt Grading on SUNDAY (note the day IS
Sunday!) 9th October in LOWER HUTT. Start at 10am. Cost: TBC.
Upper North Island: Mock Black Belt Grading on SUNDAY (note the day IS
Sunday!) 16th October in HAMILTON. Start at 10am. Cost: $20/pp.
All the Mock Grading times are 10-4pm. The plan is to do the grading
component from 10-2 and then 2 hours of tai chi at the end.
If people can't attend then they DEFINITELY run the risk of failing on
the day!! Any questions, contact Master Jarrod asap!

The National Championships for Nam Wah Pai were held in Tauranga on
Saturday 16th July 2011 in brilliant sunshine, but with a VERY cold
start to the day in the gymnasium. The whole day was very well
organised and run by the Tauranga club with events progressing like
clockwork.
We had representatives from all our clubs throughout New Zealand, and a
mention must be made of the group from Invercargill who made the long
trip north, and enjoyed some success as well. It seemed that the
successes were enjoyed by all the clubs that participated.
Congratulations to the Tauranga club for taking out the Top Club trophy
for 2011.

Scheduled training camps on Tai Chi and Chi Kong for Black
Belts and above ONLY. The focus of
these training sessions is on tai chi and chi kong and will mirror
similar training sessions from Singapore.
CAMP ONE: Lower North
Island Training camp
When?
To be held at the Lower Hutt Club, 14-16 January 2011.
Times?
Friday (14/1) 6:00pm-9:00pm, Saturday
(15/1) 9:00am-12:00pm and then 2:00pm-5:00pm, and finally Sunday (16/1)
9:00am-12:00pm.
Cost?
$150 for all 4 sessions. $100 for 2 or less sessions. Advisable
to
attend ALL four sessions for maximum learning and benefit!

To be held at either the Hamilton or Tauranga Clubs, late January

re-affirm your current grading ... if you

The Singapore Training Camp for 2011 has been set ... Sunday 18th
September 2011 to Sunday 25th September 2011. The 24th September 2011
will be the 47th Annual Celebration night.
